 Booking, cancellation and business policy: 

24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments. We do understand that ”Life Happens” however there  is a 50% fee of the service cost for No-Show and late cancels. we ask that you call or text 413-409-9665 

If an appointment is cancelled prior To the 24 hours notice and the appointment was either prepaid in full or a 50% deposit has been left, it will be applied to the clients balance or if a refund is required it will be refunded less any/all credit card processing fees. 

Inappropriate or sexual misbehavior/conduct is not tolerated. If a situation occurs, the appointment will end and the client will be responsible for the cost of the service.  

Gift certificates are non-refundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate.

In-home Massage are for established clients, with a clear and quiet space 10’x12‘ or larger. Please contact us for further details about your at home services.
